The Digital Analyst will support the delivery of analytical and decision services to inform Swinburne’s digital marketing strategy and the optimisation of its marketing efforts. The role will support the Marketing team through detailed analysis and optimisation techniques, using the Adobe Experience Cloud suite of tools as well as first and second-party data sources to enhance insights.

This role will provide structured and data-backed analytics solutions to optimise marketing effectiveness and the digital customer experience. The role requires an innovative approach with evolving analytical techniques and technologies to develop true end-to-end views of the customer experience and outcomes to inform marketing effectiveness.

**About You**
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

- Able to provide analysis of the digital customer experience, and associated campaign activity to uncover actionable insights and socialize with the wider Marketing teams.
- Strong stakeholder relationships with key stakeholders across Marketing, Business Analytics, IT as well working closely with Digital specialists and partners.
- Evaluate website performance, build, and manage reports.

**Qualifications**
- A degree with subsequent relevant experience; or
- Extensive relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
