Reporting to the Team Manager, this role provides a technical interface to assist the Inside Sales Account Managers (ISAM) in bridging the customer’s business requirements with client’s data and strategic solutions capabilities.

The primary purpose of this role is to assist ISAMs in the delivery of complex data and strategic opportunities. This involves undertaking a defined set of both pre
- and post-sale activities within agreed SLAs.

This role has a strong focus on ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of the solution design presented to customers. Post-sale, this role is required to provide first-hand assistance in the collection of customer’s technical information and the submission of information into client’s systems.

The Inside Sales Consultant plays a crucial role in ensuring timely delivery of data and strategic solutions to customers. This is turn maximizes GES sales, revenue and NPS performance.

Conduct Sales Follow Up (call Account Managers & personnel from other part of the business to gain information required for Ordering)

Fill orders by transferring orders to fulfilment; communicating expected delivery date.

Ability to communicate effectively and possess sufficient soft skills to handle customers, personnel from other parts of the business, to quickly understand the nature of the issue and troubleshoot in a timely manner.

Best practice sharing

Follow process maps and work instructions to ensure that the agreed quality and safety standards are met.

Should form connects with the upstream and downstream functions to resolve issues within the agreed SLA.

Strict adherence to login hours, attendance and break schedule

Ability to identify and resolve issues at the right time.

Graduate in Computers/Science - BCA/MCA/BCS/MCS/MCM/BE/B.Tech

High degree of fluency in reading, writing and speaking English. This includes a neutralisation of language to improve the communication.

Technical understanding on networking (LAN/WAN/IP)

Ability to prioritize tasks appropriately.
