The role Reporting to the Liaison Coordinator, you will operate as a liaison between scientists, key clients and the public in the delivery of scientific services in relation to priorities, timeframes, outcomes of scientific analysis and client requirements. You will operate a range of computer software (word processing, databases e.g. Forensic Register, AUSLAB, QWIC QHEPS and spreadsheets) with a high level of accuracy to ensure integrity of information, records and reporting is maintained.

**The successful personYou will have demonstrated**:

- Extensive experience and ability to deliver high quality services to internal and external clients from diverse backgrounds with differing needs and competing requirements
- Well-developed ability to build and maintain appropriate relationships with team members, clients and stakeholders
- High-level ability to identify and resolve issues impacting on day to day operations
- Ability to work independently and as a team member to achieve organisational goals
- Ability to effectively use or learn to use a range of computer software
- Courteous and accurate information given and taken - transferring of calls effectively
- Ability to actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices including employment equality, anti-discrimination, occupational health & safety and ethical behaviour.
