Your opportunityReporting to the Principal Advisor, you will provide high level administrative and operational support to the Senior Executive Team (SET) member, and the Division.
About the role (key responsibilities and accountabilities)
- Provide a variety of administrative support services to the SET member and Division, including preparation of meeting papers and coordinating meetings.
- Prepare and review facilities, IT, procurement and human resources (HR) forms and maintain and update related registers, including the International Network Business Continuity Plans.
- Review the accounts payable and corporate card transactions for the international network, progress for approval, review monthly finance reports and prepare end of month variance reports for the Division.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, seminar and venue bookings and associated catering, including management of the in-market and international travel registers for the Division.
- Provide administrative support for TIQ's CRM, monitor CRM data quality and maintain Division registers, including memberships, leave and contact details, ensuring information is current and up to date.
- Prepare, review and co-ordinate correspondence, briefing and event requests and other documents as required.
- Identify, develop and implement business improvement initiatives and innovative processes to increase the effectiveness of your activities.
- Contribute to the delivery of team projects by providing support and assistance as required.
- Facilitate filing and record retention requirements.
- Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders.
