**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

In line with IAG’s continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity to support our people and business through a newly created role of Office Coordinator for our Brisbane office. This is a part-time position with flexibility around days/hours apart from Thursdays being a requirement. Reporting to the Office Manager, this role will operate as the central coordination point for our Brisbane office working closely with the national Office Management team as well as supporting our executive leadership team.

**ABOUT YOU**

Here are some the things that will be on your to do list:

- General office management: make sure the cupboards and fridges are full of everything the team needs, prepare rooms for meetings, receive deliveries, organise catering when required, fire warden responsibilities, and ensure IT for meetings is operating seamlessly
- Coordination and implementation of strategic initiatives
- Operations support and executive assistance
- Managing third-party vendor relationships
- Event management - both IAG events and some stakeholder event coordination
- Document formatting, and database management when required
- Onboarding coordination for new Brisbane team members
- Work in collaboration with the other office managers to assist with other duties where required
- Procurement of IT hardware and software
- Travel arrangements
- Driving wellbeing and team-bonding initiatives

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $49,493.15 - $87,289.03 per year
