**Company Background**:
Our client is a private, National Soft Services provider, specialising in providing comprehensive and tailored cleaning solutions services to various vertical markets. With an established track record and experience in delivering great services and value to their clients, they are seeking a motivated and aspiring Business Development Manager to join the team in Sydney. This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on business growth and personal development.
**Position Overview**:
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by building and maintaining relationships. This is an opportunity to sell a service in a busy and competitive market.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the associated vertical markets.
- Cold calling and door knocking to build out pipeline
- Building our networks and opportunities in NSW.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on market trends
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
- Work closely with senior management to ensure alignment with overall company goals and objectives
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance utilising the CRM data base provided
**Requirements**:
- Effective communicator with a great attitude to succeed in new business and reap the rewards.
- Can do attitude, hungry to make money and motivated to learn and develop
- Highly motivated individual who enjoys reward and recognition for their hard work
- Circa 3 years of proven sales experience as a Business Development Manager
- Some knowledge of cleaning management processes and property management desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team to achieve business objectives.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
