GMP Pharmaceuticals Group is a leading private-owned contract manufacturing company established in 1994 based in Australia and New Zealand specializing in complementary, healthcare, and dairy products.

**The Opportunity**

An exciting opportunity is available for a Production Supervisor at our Huntingwood site. Reporting to the Production Manager, your role will be to supervise two small departments to ensure production targets are delivered in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with Code of Good Manufacturing Practice.

**The Role**:

- Ensure all the production activities are strictly adhered with regulatory standards including TGA, FSANZ, GMP, AQIS etc. as well as quality assurance procedures.
- Maintain all the records and accumulated production and production related information.
- Lead a team to meet safety, quality, efficiency, and customer goals.
- Manage and supervise production lines and facilities.
- Communicate shift standards and schedules.
- Collaborate with various departments for optimal production.
- Ensure operator recognition, training and discipline.
- Check the maintenance and monitoring of the area, premises, and equipment.

**About You**
- Demonstrated manufacturing site management. (Food or Pharmaceutical)
- Good communication skills
- Proven leadership, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail.
- People management and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
