**The Role**
We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Manager to join our high functioning P&C team.
As the OD Manager you will be responsible for working with the Executive Leadership Team, business leaders and broader P&C team to identify strategic business needs and lead the design, development and delivery of high-impact programs, frameworks, tools and policies.
**Your responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Manage the annual Performance Management cycle, including all project plans, launch plans, training and program enhancements
- Lead Brennan’s talent identification and High Potential talent development initiatives globally to ensure the retention of, and continued value creation by, our highest potential talent
- Manage and facilitate Brennan’s global onboarding programs
- Continually enhance our onboarding and probationary management practices to drive accelerated ramp times and enhanced performance outcomes
- Design and lead Brennan’s approach to succession planning
- Review and redesign Brennan’s approach to Reward and Recognition to deliver effective outcomes at scale aligned to our True Performance brand
- Champion our talent optimisation program and lead Brennan’s employee engagement survey programs
- Lead the evolution and alignment of our Employee Value Proposition across the employee lifecycle
- Develop and deliver a 3-year DEI strategy to improve diversity representation across the Brennan business, with a particular focus on technical and leadership roles
- Lead the Senior Leader Community program agenda, operations, and evolution
**What skills you will bring to the team**:
- At least 4 years OD experience
- Demonstrable stakeholder engagement, management and communication skills at all levels
- Proven ability to develop clear project plans and work autonomously
- Experience working in high growth, fast moving environments with the ability to multi-task and prioritise competing workloads
- High emotional intelligence, strategic thinking and a customer focussed mindset
- Strong commercial acumen
- Demonstrable coaching, development and consulting experience
- Intermediate to advanced skills in the use of Microsoft 365 and various HR software tools
- Certification(s) in a range of organisational assessment tools (ideally including the Predictive Index)
