This is a 5 day per week role, but could also be offered 0.8 per week. Sydney CBD location. Hybrid working from home offered. Strong chance of extension or permanency.

This is a great opportunity for a dynamic HR or OD professional, or People Change Specialist to deliver on the front line the strategic road map provided by a top-tier management consulting firm, around re-purposing, restructuring, repositioning, and reshaping responsibilities, culture, reporting lines, and the way things are done, working across all levels of the technology business unit, including the executive level. The role is focusing on the people & culture transformational changes, including behavioural & cultural changes, role responsibility changes, along with organisational design, reporting lines & restructuring of the operating and service delivery models.

This role will provide consultative and advisory services to senior leaders, front line leaders, driving and leading large-scale and high-impact divisional people change programs, focusing on providing high-quality and timely HR, divisional transformational change advice, change and impact assessments, and support to managers and employees, having oversight of the transformational journey, and working broadly across all areas of change.

To be considered for this role you will have:

- An experienced Senior HR Business Partner, with generalist HR or OD background, having experience and exposure to delivering high-impact organisational change programs partnering at the senior leadership level within large, complex, corporate professional environments, ideally the tech sector, or working with tech client groups, or exposure to banking, financial services, or related qualified corporate workforce.
- Must be able to understand how organisational change relates and links to the broader HR agenda and HR policies and processes.
- You will be able to quickly interpret an organization's drivers and strategy and help design HR and restructuring solutions that support the transformational goals from getting the business unit ready, through to planning and implementing any changes and communications.
- You will be a strong collaborator who can influence and build credible relationships with stakeholders including senior executives, as well as influence without authority, at all levels of the organisation including the executive level, and where the opportunity arises, will be able to provide real-time coaching and feedback to managers and team members alike.
- Be able to defuse change resistance, and able to appropriately challenge the status quo, as required, in a collaborative way gaining stakeholder buy-in.
- You will be flexible across all HR & L&OD areas, facilitating workshops, designing training, internal communications as well as managing outsourced vendors, understanding and being able to interpret EBAs and how decisions are made in the broader government policy and frameworks.
- Tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded, and Project Management or Change Management qualifications are desirable but not essential.
