As the Specialist your role will be to provide support to the team of Fund Administrators and manage the day-to-day functions of the team.

What your day will look like:

- Guiding, advising and assisting employees who require specialist technical assistance
- Provide specialist knowledge on platform behaviours to internal support teams
- Processing of administration when required
- Coordination and submission of legislated mandatory reporting to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
- Relationship management, internally and externally
- Assist in performance plans
- Quality checking
- Coaching
- First point of contact for escalations
- **Strong knowledge** of Microsoft Excel (Vlook ups)
- **Previous experience **in Superannuation
- An **ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment**:

- An** acute eye for detail**:

- The ability to **perform and thrive under pressure** and **handle high volume workloads** when required
- Exceptional **organisational skills**:

- Ability to** adapt to roles as both a team leader and a team-member **when required
- Strong and effective **communication and listening skills**, both verbal and written
- Ability to **think out of the box and solve problems**
