**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Deputy Chief Officer, Operational Doctrine and Training, your days will see you focussed on embedding a quality management system (QMS) across Operational Doctrine and Training to ensure compliance of the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) component of CFA and to evaluate training delivery.
Alongside the above focus areas, the Manager Quality and Evaluation will promote both a continuous improvement philosophy and a positive and streamlined training experience for members.

**About You**:
To succeed in this key role, you will have the resilience to work in a fast-faced and high-pressure environment, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will have exceptional writing skills backed up by relevant tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
Further to this, you will have detailed knowledge and extensive experience related to compliance and managing a complex RTO within the requirements stated by the ‘Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015', ‘AQTF Conditions of Registration' and ‘VRQA Guidelines for VET Providers.
Critical to this role is the provision of evidence-based reporting, exceptional organisational abilities, “can do” attitude, and a demonstrated track record for nurturing positive and collaborative relationships.
