Your positive outlook, resilience and ability to stay calm in the eye of the storm contributes to a quality working environment.

**About the position**

Your will be responsible for doing all things required and reasonable, to help us become known for providing the BEST customer experience in our industry

You will oversee all aspects within our Customer Service function, including all day-to-day customer engagement activities and the department’s recruitment, training, reporting and process improvement activities.

You will work closely with our suppliers in establishing and harvesting key relationships, in order to optimise the quality of our communication and overall service levels to customers.

This role reports to the Head of Customer Experience.
