We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Cert IV Trainer & Assessor in Accounting and Bookkeeping** to deliver high-quality training and assessment services. This role is on a casual/contract basis, ideal for someone with a flexible schedule who enjoys working with students across diverse backgrounds.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver engaging and compliant training for **Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping (FNS40222)** in accordance with the course curriculum and industry standards.
- Support Development of lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments that reflect industry needs and compliance requirements.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback to students on assessments and progress, supporting their learning journey.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and assessment documentation according to RTO policies.
- Stay updated with changes in legislation, industry practices, and training requirements to ensure course content remains relevant and compliant.
- Collaborate with the RTO administration team to ensure smooth delivery and reporting of student outcomes.
- Foster a positive learning environment and provide additional support to students when needed.
**Skills & Experience**:
- **Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122)** or equivalent (mandatory).
- Relevant qualification in **Accounting/Bookkeeping** (e.g., CERT IV, Diploma or higher).(mandatory)
- Minimum **2 years of industry experience** in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Previous experience in delivering accredited training within the **VET sector**.
- Strong knowledge of **Australian bookkeeping standards, MYOB/Xero**, and related practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with **RTO compliance requirements** and the **ASQA framework**.
- Experience using online learning platforms (e.g., Axcelerate) is desirable but not essential.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Contract

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
