**What you will be doing**

Reporting directly to the Director, People this role will be responsible for:

- Leading and designing bespoke Organisational Development (OD) projects.
- Partnering with senior stakeholder to implement OD initiatives of the People Strategy.
- Implementing the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion framework and action plan.
- Delivery projects across Wellbeing, Engagement, Performance and Capability.

**What you will bring to the role**
- Demonstrated ability to implement and delivery contemporary OD and D&I strategies and projects.
- High-level verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to the VEC's core vales
