**Manager, Organisational Development - Ongoing Full Time**

Reporting to the Director, Workforce Strategy, this position will be a key contributor to the organisation wide delivery of cultural change and broader capability development supporting DE's Strategic Intent, Strategic Plan and Leadership Charter. You will provide leadership and guidance to support the business to identify and prioritise cultural and capability gaps and ensure appropriate solutions are designed, developed and implemented to address these gaps with measurable outcomes. You will lead the cultural and capability strategies and the development of approaches to continuously improve culture and capability at an organisational, group, work unit and individual level. You will work closely with the other areas in the wider Department and will be a team player with exceptional influencing and relationship management skills.
