I-channel Account Manager

**What You'll Do**:
As an i-Channel Account Manager, you will support the Partner Team in ANZ to drive significant partner-sourced revenue. The role will involve supporting the Salesforce Partner Account Manager in engaging with Salesforce sellers and partners to drive opportunities, focusing on the commercial business segment (70%). You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and enabling commercial-focused Salesforce partners to co-sell and implement Docusign solutions. The role will also be responsible for maintaining resell fulfilment transactions and supporting the partner team in building strategic partnerships (30%). Experience with Salesforce, partners, and channel resellers as well as excellent time management and teamwork skills are required.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Strategic Partnerships, ANZ.
**Responsibility**
- Support Salesforce PAM in engaging Salesforce sellers to drive source and co-sell opportunities from Salesforce in the commercial segment
- Identify, recruit, enable and build joint GTM programs with Salesforce partners with a commercial focus to drive source and co-sell opportunities
- Support resells fulfilment transactions
- Support partner team in building emerging strategic partnerships
- Work with the Renewals team to drive upsell opportunities
- Ad Hoc responsibilities as directed by the manager
**Job Designation**:
**Hybrid**:
Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

**What You Bring**:
**Basic**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or its equivalent
- 4+ years of channel or direct sales or business development experience in a Channel Account Executive role
- Experience in engaging Salesforce as an ISV partner
- Experience working in or engaging with the Salesforce eco-system (SI partners)
**Preferred**
- 2+ years of experience in a SaaS company, preferably in a Sales, Business Development or Marketing role
- Hardworking, Initiative with a go-getter work attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
- Great teammate who can collaborate across the org with various departments
