**Our Client**

Our client, a warm and welcoming Specialist Bariatric Surgeon who requires an experienced and motivated team member to fill a vacant Practice Manager position. The practice is situated in the vibrant vicinity of Mount Lawley with on-site parking provided

**The Role**
- Overseeing the day-to-day practice billing for the surgeons
- Weekly reconciliation for surgeon and other allied health professionals
- Sessional consultant payments and maintenance of spreadsheet invoicing
- Oversee reception and allied health staff
- Phone overflow and assist medical secretaries where required
- Booking appointments and follow up of appointments
- Follow up patient recalls
- Payroll using MYOB reports sent directly to ATO using STP fortnightly
- Superannuation payments monthly through MYGOVID portal and MYOB
- Accounts payable/receivable - all practice accounts
- Preparation of MYOB for End of Month
- End of month reports for surgeon and accountant
- Implementing changes and improvements to clinical and non-clinical processes if necessary.

**You**
- Minimum +5 years experience in medical practice as a Team Leader or Practice Manager
- Specialist Practice business management experience including accounts/invoicing
- Proficient computer skills -Genie & MYOB
- Ability to work autonomously, collaboratively and professionally
- High level attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Professional and positive communication skills which are team focused for connecting with the greater patient population and the fabulous practice team
- Happy to work at reception and support reception staff if clinic demand requires
