**Our Client**

Is a friendly, family-oriented Medical Centre committed to providing holistic medical care for their patients. The practice is situated in a convenient and vibrant location in the northern suburbs of Perth.

**The Role**
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice
- Business planning, including developing and implementing strategies to achieve practice goals and financial benchmarking
- Managing the employee lifecycle of non-clinical practice staff
- Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly reports as directed
- Maintaining and controlling debtors, creditors and general ledger
- Leading, coaching and motivating a team to reach the practice goals Developing and monitoring systems, processes and procedures
- Implementing changes and improvements to clinical and non-clinical processes if necessary.

**You**
- General Practice business management experience including payroll and rostering
- An understanding of compliance, legislative and accreditation requirements relating to General Practice
- Proficient computer skills - Genie & PRODA preferred
- Ability to work autonomously, collaboratively and professionally
- High level attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Professional and positive communication skills which are team focused for connecting with the great patient population and the fabulous practice team
- Happy to work at reception and support reception staff if clinic demand requires it.
- Up to date COVID-19 vaccination & Police Clearance
