**Who We Are?**

Income Solutions Geelong is a privately owned, boutique financial planning practice offering quality and comprehensive financial advice to a range of client ages and demographics for over 35 years. Our Geelong office consists of 3 Financial Planners, all business owners, and a support team of 8. We offer a supportive and collaborative environment to our team members, working from our state of the art office facility in Geelong.

**Who Are You?**

We are offering a Bachelor of Commerce graduate position for someone who can pick up new skills quickly and has a genuine interest in building a career in the financial planning industry. You will need to be able to work well within a team, be receptive to take direction from others, be process driven and able to independently produce accurate and compliant work within suitable time frames.

**The Role**

This role is an entry level support role, designed to provide the Financial Planner with administrative and customer service support to existing clients.

Duties will include:

- Scheduling client meetings and acting as a liaison point for client queries.
- Preparing presentations and documentation for existing client meetings.
- Working closely with the Financial Planners to conduct research and develop financial strategies for the existing clients assigned to you, including preparation of advice documents.
- Working closely with the relevant Financial Planner to implement advice recommendations for existing clients assigned to you.
- Responsibility for compliant and accurate client records.

Skills and experience:

- Graduate position, prior financial planning work experience not required
- Bachelor of Commerce
- Ability to prioritise workflow and manage deadlines
- Customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- GEELONG, VIC 3220: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
