What will your typical week look like?

  • Day to day, you will be working with a hardworking, fun team of professionals
  • Partners, Managers, Auditors and the Client Services Admin team. You will take ownership of complex administration tasks as outlined below. We will provide you with great tools, training and support.
  • Managing client data, checking reports including timesheets, billings and expenses, preparing client service agreements. Communicating effectively and in a timely basis with Advisers, Partners and Corporate staff and ensuring exceptional client service is always provided.
  • Providing diary assistance, expenses, travel bookings, compiling documents, presentations and reports. Updating the CRM system and assisting with the workflow scoping and tasking system.
