Client Services Officer

**What will your typical week look like?**
- Attend to our incoming clients and phone lines, assisting our clients with their queries and scheduling appointments to ensure a high-quality service is provided.
- Communicate with advisers, partners and staff to ensure exceptional service delivery to support them in servicing client requests.
- Take charge of a wide range of administrative responsibilities, from lodging tax returns to managing ATO correspondence and ordering supplies.
- Dive into the world of client data management, collating of financial accounts and tax returns, liaising with the ATO on a variety of matters, and scanning.
