**What this opportunity involves**:
Due to internal movement, we are seeking a Procurement Administrator to be the next addition to our team. We have corporate offices in every state in Australia and this role can be in Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Darwin, Adelaide or Perth.
You will have superior communication skills with ability to build and foster successful relationships with stakeholders to assist the Procurement Manager with delivery of outstanding client services and administrative support in all procurement processes.
Due to the requirement of our client, please note that you must be an Australian Citizen with the ability to gain and retain a baseline clearance.
**Snapshot of the role**:
Provide outstanding client service by actively supporting the national Project team in all procurement processes.
Ensure all procurement activities meet JLL’s and the Government client’s objectives and requirements
Coordinate procurement activities administration to ensure the arrangement of timely, cost-effective provision of all goods and services
Provide analytical and administrative support for the Project Team.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
Australian Citizen in order to undergo and gain baseline security clearance
Sound interpersonal skills to manage a diverse range of stakeholders (e.g. service providers, clients, etc.)
Strong administrative and report writing experience is essential (within a Procurement function is a plus, but not essential)
Possess a keen eye for detail
Demonstrated ability to work independently with internal and external stakeholders, and as a member of a team
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Sound proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel)
