Administration & Procurement Officer

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an **Administration Officer**. In this role, you will provide support to the company, with a primary focus on procurement administration and office coordination. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, deliveries and performing other ad hoc duties as required.
This role will suit an individual who has strong attention to detail, can think quickly on their feet, embrace challenges, and effectively prioritise and multitask.
Your key responsibilities will include:
**Administration and Procurement**
You will play a crucial role in providing support across all departments and in particular, procurement administration. Your key responsibility will be ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of purchase orders, facilitating seamless sales handovers in accordance with our company's requirements, and liaising with customers and suppliers with regards to ETA's and deliveries.
Supporting the General Manager of Corporate Services, you will provide essential administrative assistance. This may involve tasks such as scheduling appointments, organising meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Attention to detail, an ability to multitask and manage priorities will be key to succeeding in this role.
**Office Coordination**
Additionally, you will be entrusted with coordinating our Port Melbourne office. This includes maintaining a comfortable and functional workspace for our team members, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and facilities to perform their tasks effectively.
**Customer Service**
By taking on these diverse responsibilities, you will have the chance to make a significant impact within our company while experiencing a dynamic, fun and friendly work environment.
