Based at our Ermington site, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, likes to be challenged, and values the opportunity to make a difference.
This role will support our Chilled & Frozen operations with sites in Ermington, Charmhaven - NSW and Capalaba, QLD. The primary purpose of the role will be to lead and drive process improvement initiatives and enable an improvement in the performance culture across the region's sites.
- Ability to develop and implement a Lean/TPM culture and framework for sustained improvement across the full supply chain
- Collaborating with the cross-functional leadership teams to build a robust pipeline of focused improvements that contribute to the bottom line
- Ensures project ownership and coaches for outcomes
- Uses data to identify opportunities and drive focus
- Ability to embed change and create a culture of continuous improvement
- Establishes benchmark standards for plant utilisation, OEE, labour utilisation and total process loss
- A key member of the regional leadership team contributing to the business beyond functional area

About You
- 5-7 years in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry will be highly regarded
- Able to influence stakeholders within a complex matrix organisation
- A proven track record of implementing a Lean/TPM framework in a manufacturing environment
- A demonstrated ability to coach in the use of tools that deliver clear outcomes
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the business
- Create insightful analysis and impactful presentations using the MS suite of software
- Contribute and support the National Operational Excellence team's strategic programme
