**Individual Accountabilities**:
- Support process improvement solutions to business problems, using data analysis, and optimization tools to support strategic process improvement plans.
- Assist with the development of Sales & Operations (S&OP) planning templates and meeting packs to support the roll out of Demand & Supply reviews
- Assist in executing plans, schedules, and budgets for projects to innovate existing processes
- Works with business units to develop standard operating procedures, documenting workflow and process steps.
- Facilitate tools and methods to track and report relevant key performance indicators (KPI’s).
- Develop regional & global supply chain dashboards, focused on supply chain KPI’s, to improve transparency and measurement of continuous improvement activities
- Maintain Master Data in a method to support new business processes and systems, execute processes in alignment with policies & procedures
- Support regular meeting cadences with administration support and follow up on appropriate action items and reporting requirements
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Degree Qualified in Data Science or similar Analytical Degree or working towards completion
- 2 Years of experience working in master data management capacity
- Exposure to Business Intelligence toolsets. (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik. Or equivalent)
- Business Process mapping capabilities including ability to facilitate workshops and document outcomes
- Preference for some skillsets and experience associated with Software implementation to support new toolset introduction
**Success Factors**:
- Master Data Management processes support effective operation of the business and effectively allow transactional requirements in the ERP environment
- Maintain a healthy level of open tickets for MDM ticketing system
- KPI’s are maintained and communicated to process owners on a regular cadence
