Exciting new opportunity to work for one of Autralia's leading telecom companies within their Customer Success team on an initial 6-month contract
**Your new role**
As a Customer Success Specialist, your duties will include, but not limited to;
- Account lead - you will drive customer growth and new service and sale opportunities
- Develop close and meaningful relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Take time to understand customer business needs and objectives
- Proactively identify and implement personalised service enhancements, procedure improvements and governance plans
- Support customers in delivery of projects across onboarding, service delivery, billing and tech support
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Exposure to a sales environment, preferable within IT & Telecom industries
- Proven relationship management skills with customers
- Ability to deal with high pressure situations and show flexibility and resilience
- Understand technology and be able to discuss technical issues
**What you'll get in return**
