**The Position**:
A Corporate Case Manager is required to provide administrative support to our team of corporate Registered Migration Agents (RMAs). This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week.

**Main Tasks**:

- Attending client meetings, when applicable, reporting clients’ instructions to the responsible RMA for advice and implementation.
- Undertaking a wide range of administrative processing tasks, including but not limited to:

- Managing a diverse workload of cases in alignment with company objectives while maintaining the confidentiality of clients’ information and documentation, including from different parties of the same matter.
- Working collaboratively within a team environment, providing support to colleagues and offering guidance to new staff members.
- Contributing insights to reviews of work practices and procedures to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

**Selection Criteria**:

- A relevant Diploma-level qualification; and
- At least 2 years of relevant and recent work experience.
