**This is a temporary role for up until 31 December 2024**

The Capital Program Manager is accountable to the Manager, Capital Strategy & Projects Unit for effective coordination, programming and timely delivery of a range of capital works and minor works programs, the efficient procurement and contracting of services, effective oversight of work health safety management, quality assurance, monitoring, budget tracking and regular reporting in project delivery, and the management and performance of a team of assigned Project Managers.

The Capital Program Manager provides proactive leadership and best practice program management for all stages of project delivery for the assigned program of works, including initiation, design, delivery, project completion and review phases. The Capital Program Manager will also employ effective risk and financial management techniques ensuring projects meet operational objectives, and provide expert advisory to SAPOL regarding the development and delivery of projects to ensure the Branch delivers value for money in supporting the asset portfolio.

**Special Conditions**
- Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
- The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL’s iEngage program.

**Salary**
ASO7 ($104,938 - $113,435 per annum)
