**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and secure grants that align with the organization's goals and priorities.
- Maintain a comprehensive grants register and provide insightful analysis to inform decision-making processes.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather data, assess needs, and develop persuasive advocacy strategies.
- Contribute to the development of grant proposals, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
