Milestone IT is proud to be working with this exceptional business located in the inner CBD of Melbourne who right now has a great opportunity for someone to join their team providing support and advice around the TRIM content management system.
**The role**
Our client provides services to individuals through their business operations in Victoria relating to education services. Within this role, our client is seeking an individual with knowledge of content management systems (TRIM) to join their team.
**The duties**
- Proving excellent customer support to Trim
- Providing analysis skills and advice.
- Providing customization and support to the Trim product.
- HPE Content Manager (TRIM) system administration experience
- Confident in conducting training sessions in various forums, e.g.: one-on-one, face-to-face, classroom-style training etc.
**What kind of person are you?**
- Experience in using case logging systems and responding to support calls
- System troubleshooting skills with significant experience in HPE Content Manager however, Windows-based computers would also be very advantageous
- Eager to engage and work with the team, ask questions, and contribute to configuration, training, and engagement work
- Handling work consistently when dealing with support calls, training, and engagement
- Ability to work autonomously and work well with team members to achieve/complete a common goal
- High attention to detail.
This position will be working with an excellent management team that delivers a real and valuable service to the Australian community. You'll not only have a great job, but you'll be doing something that matters.
Initially, we are looking to engage an individual on contract for an initial duration of 6 months however a permanent position is very likely for the right individual.
