Victorian State Government Agency based in Melbourne’s CBD.
**Your new role**The Records & Information Management Advisor reports to the IT Applications Lead. The position will assist with the administration and maintenance of an eDRMS (TRIM) and records management function generally. The Records & Information Management Adviser will assist the IT Applications Lead in ensuring the delivery of a coordinated and responsive Records Management program for the organisation’s corporate records. The role will actively assist in the contribution to quality assurance and business improvement functions.
**Role and responsibilities**
- Administration and configuration of HP TRIM.
- Working collaboratively with the Facilities and Administrative team to meet the needs of all staff efficiently and effectively for business initiatives related to Records Management.
- Assist in the maintenance and quality assurance of databases and file systems related to records management, including the reconciling, filing, storage and retrieval of all files and documents.
**What you need to succeed**
- Experience in the administration and configuration of HP TRIM or another eDRMS with the ability to expand this knowledge in an operational environment.
- Solid understanding and appreciation of good Records Management practice.
**What you'll get in return**
- Initial 6-month contract with possible extensions.
- $57.63 + Super per hour.
- 3 days in office.
