**Service Desk Support Officer**

**About the Role**:
As a Service Desk Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical IT services and support to end users. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and problem-solving across the IT infrastructure, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the IT Asset register, keeping track of equipment and resources.

**Job Requirements**:
To succeed in this role, you will need strong technical IT skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service. You should have experience in providing end user computing services and be comfortable troubleshooting a variety of IT issues. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential qualities for this role. Additionally, strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively interact with end users and provide them with the support they need.

**A certificate in ITIL is highly desirable.**
