You will also supervise and coach team members, ensure compliance with established guidelines and quality standards, and contribute to the achievement of agreed team performance standards.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the ability to make insightful decisions, build enduring relationships, inspire others, drive accountability and outcomes, demonstrate sound governance and pursue continuous growth. You must also satisfy the other role requirements as detailed in the role description.
