Australian Unity is excited and proud to be partnering with Beyond Blue to deliver the Beyond Blue Support Services to all Australians in need. The Beyond Blue Support Service is a 24/7 omnichannel brief intervention and information service that aims to be an accessible source of support for the mental health and wellbeing for all Australians. The service operates within the broader Australian mental health sector that is evolving to meet the mental health needs of the Australian population.
As our **Partnerships & Operations Coordinator **your primary objective is to support the Executive General Manager and Head of Beyond Blue Support service to run the Beyond Blue Support Service and other mental health services. The role involves coordinating governance forums, including reporting. The role requires someone who can understand key terms in contracts, and ensure milestones are met. Additionally, the position involves supporting operations, through for example, supporting new starter onboarding, managing calendars, facilitating urgent queries, and expense management.
This is a **permanent full-time opportunity** where you will act is the primary point of contract between Australian Unity and key partners, including Beyond Blue.

**About you**
- 5+years’ experience in corporate environment (or similar capacity)
- Proficiency in excel, word, PowerPoint, outlook assumed
- Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and manage expectations
