Located in the city fringe, our client is a boutique professional services practice that partner with a large range of SME clients across South Australia. Working closely with each client, the company focuses on delivering outstanding results & providing exceptional customer service. You will join a friendly and welcoming team that fosters growth and success.

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a proactive, positive team player who is eager to learn and help deliver exceptional service to clients. As the Team Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting partners and their teams. You will support all administrative requirements for the team, assist with client correspondence, filing and information management as well as any ad hoc duties. Initially on a temporary contract, this opportunity has the view for permanency after 3 - 6 months.

**Duties**:

- General administrative support
- Liaising with clients & coordinating meetings
- ATO correspondence
- Database and file management
- Assisting with travel and training bookings

**Skills & Experience**:

- Strong administrative skills
- Client contact experience
- Good attention to detail & high accuracy
- Willingness to learn and show initiative
