As an Audience Insights Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of providing crucial support to our Head of Digital Audience Data, delivering research and insights services across various business units, from Publicity to Sales.

**Based in the vibrant hub of South Eveleigh and reporting directly to the Head of Digital Audience Data, you'll embark on a journey filled with thrilling responsibilities**
- **Discover Hidden Gems**: Uncover hidden gems in Broadcast and Digital audience trends, revealing priceless insights.
- **Keep Everyone in the Loop**: Be the go-to expert for sharing audience results across our dynamic business units, keeping everyone in sync and ahead of the game.
- **Efficiency in Action**: Drive efficiency by masterfully managing SWM Insights administration and nurturing our shared briefing inbox.
- **Lead the Innovation Charge**: Lead the charge in collaborating with top-tier suppliers, harnessing state-of-the-art research tools, and pioneering the evolution of automated reporting and dashboarding systems.

**We are looking for someone who has**:

- 1-2 Years experience in marketing audience insights, within media, advertising, or research
- Proficient in Microsoft suite, with strong capabilities in Excel and power point specifically
- Strong numeracy, analytical & accuracy skills
- The ability to collaborate and partner with varied stakeholders
- Ideally, experience with media industry tools like Fusion, eTAM, TVMap, and CMV is preferred but not mandatory
- A passion for television digital and linear, audiences and data story telling
