As an Insights Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of providing crucial support to our Head of Digital Audience Data, delivering research and insights services across various business units, from Publicity to Sales.

Keep Everyone in the Loop: Be the go-to expert for sharing audience results across our dynamic business units, keeping everyone in sync and ahead of the game.

Efficiency in Action: Drive efficiency by masterfully managing SWM Insights administration and nurturing our shared briefing inbox.

Lead the Innovation Charge: Lead the charge in collaborating with top-tier suppliers, harnessing state-of-the-art research tools, and pioneering the evolution of automated reporting and dashboarding systems.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • 1-2 Years experience in audience insights / working with OzTAM data, both streaming and broadcast.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, economics, business
  • Proficient at Microsoft suite, with strong capabilities in Excel specifically
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise with supporting technologies
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with media industry tools like Fusion, eTAM, TVMap, CMV.
  • Experience in an industry such as advertising, media, or research desirable
