**THIS OPPORTUNITY**
The Insights Lead is responsible for delivering meaningful digital audience and behavioural insights from data collected as part of the Ipsos iris online audience measurement system to be used by existing clients as well as for new revenue generation. This role will also work with the Data Operations Manager and Data Analyst to ensure data quality and insights are maintained.
- Deliver expert insights to our clients and create impactful digital landscape reports, category reports and newsletters, based on the data we collect
- Collaborate with the Data Operations Manager and Data Analyst to derive customised insights from our passive behavioural data
- Learn about our passive data collection methods and the technology we use
- Test the technology and apps, understand limits to our data collection methods, being able to clearly explain them to our clients
- Collaborate with our operational teams, global technology and data science teams
- Think outside of the box to improve existing processes
- Learn ins and outs of our reporting software solution
- Build an in-depth understanding of the reporting metrics such as audience reach and frequency, engagement metrics, time spent
- Educate yourself about our clients, the digital media industry and our global products Work closely with the Ipsos iris Commercial Team and other Ipsos Service Lines to optimise revenue generation opportunities from Ipsos iris data
**YOUR PROFILE**
You will be someone with a natural curiosity about the world we live in and human behaviours, with a passion and flair for adding value. To be successful in this role you will need:
- 2+ years’ experience in deriving and delivering insights
- Experience in delivering insights within a client organisation or media agency environment is highly advantageous
- Enjoy exploring data to create impactful and meaningful stories
- Are ambitious and with an active interest in media and research
- Are open minded and ready to work on a challenging project
- Thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Have strong attention to detail
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Not afraid to voice your opinions Able to manage your time effectively
