**THE OPPORTUNITY**
This position is responsible for the management of physical & electronic security, security operations and security services across the assigned area to protect people and assets. Based in Ultimo, Sydney, the role is required to undertake regular intrastate travel and be contactable for emergency situations afterhours.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Current class 2 A security licence (mandatory)
- Certificate IV Security Risk Management or equivalent and / or Professional certification - CPP, PSP
- Integriti security system certification or extensive experience in using, configuring and managing the Integriti electronic security system
- Demonstrated ability to establish strong stakeholder relationships, provide expert electronic, physical and protective security advice to a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve the required outcomes
- Demonstrated experience in managing security operations within a large people service organization, with large numbers of employees, across multiple geographical dispersed sites
- Extensive end to end security project management experience covering new site delivery and upgrading of existing sites
- Strong communication, engagement and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation
- Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Current NSW Working with Children Check clearance
- Strong written communication skills through report and policy writing
- Demonstrated experience in creating a customer and service centric culture
