International Accounts Manager

We are seeking an International Accounts Manager to join a dynamic, friendly, passionate and well-established and growing division in our Sydney Office. Reporting to the Senior Manager, International Licensing, the International Accounts Manager role is key in developing and maintaining relationships with high value clients and ensuring highly accurate reporting and financial efficiencies are maximized as well as administered efficiently.

**Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Establish and maintain working relationships with clients with support of Management
- Onboarding clients through internal process
- Organise and archive client data and reporting
- Track recoupment and work with Management to prioritise claims
- Maintain spreadsheets for the purposes of budgets and the requirements of APRA AMCOS’ Distribution and Finance Departments
- Liaise with APRA AMCOS Finance Department to ensure correct allocation of revenue and smooth distribution flow.
- Process sales batches and other music usage reports in order to raise invoices for Domestic and Pan Asia Licensing digital clients in CMS and Amplify.
- Work to resolve invoicing disputes with Digital Service Providers
- Work with the manager to provide accruals, deferrals and doubtful debt reports to Finance
- Work with Finance to reconcile payments
- Ensure clients meet terms and conditions of their agreement, with specific emphasis on reporting and payment issues.
- Advise clients of outstanding reporting/payment issues and report ongoing non-compliance. Prepare reports or complete projects as instructed by management.

**Skills and Experience:
- Ability to develop and maintain positive client relations
- Able to be autonomous and work independently
- Demonstrate problem solving skills
- Manage priorities and work to timelines
- Strong Excel skills Fluent in Asian-region language - verbal and written (preferable but not essential)
