Position Title: Assistant Director Program Delivery
- Location: Stirling ACT
- Rate: up to $170 per hour + super
- Duration: 12 month contract

An ACT Government Directorate is seeking an Assistant Director Program Delivery to provide strategic, tactical, technical, and transactional support for ICT, finance, human resource, and commercial services to ACT Government Directorates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a range of business and information technology projects in accordance with recognised project management methodologies.
- Provide advice on information technology and communication matters to clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure business need is articulated and mapped to technical solutions using formal agreed business analysis processes.
- Develop essential project artefacts, including business cases, project plans, business requirements, tender documentation, and general status and progress reports, both scheduled and ad hoc.
- Employ sound project management principles and practices, including financial management, to ensure projects deliver planned outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Current Baseline security clearance or ability to obtain and hold a baseline security clearance is mandatory.
- Relevant formal qualifications in a recognised business analysis or project management discipline are highly desirable.
- Sound experience in project management principles and practices, including financial management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of professionals.
