As a growing and expanding organisation, we have an exciting new job opening, Full Time, based in our Epping office.
We are seeking a well-organised, highly motivated and enthusiastic team player with strong communication, attention to details and time management skills to join hands with our office administration team.

As a Compliance Officer at Magnum Support Services, you will play a vital role in upholding our commitment to regulatory compliance and quality assurance. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure that our operations align with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Your meticulous attention to detail and dedication to maintaining the highest quality of services will be instrumental in our continued success.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and interpret changes in NDIS regulations, policies, and procedures, and communicate these changes to the appropriate stakeholders within the organization.-
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure all employees are aware of and follow compliance requirements.-
- Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify and address compliance issues.-
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective action plans to address compliance deficiencies.-
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and trends in compliance and quality assurance.-
- Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory authorities and oversee responses to inquiries and audits.-
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of compliance-related activities.
