**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This is an exciting time for us, we have an opportunity for a Performance Systems and Analysis Specialist within our High Performance & National Teams department. If you consider yourself supporting Australian Cricket to maximise the use of data and technology, we want to hear from you. We have big ambitions for this space, so we’re looking for drive, passion, and energy to bring our plans to life.

Reporting to the Performance Data and Technology Lead, you’ll be responsible for:

- Supporting the network of National Performance Analysts
- Analyst scheduling and management of the National Talent Championships and Australian pathway tours
- Creation and maintenance of performance dashboards
- Coordination of vision capture and coding across Australian Cricket
- Supporting the development and education of staff and players in the use of performance management systems
- Contributing to the development of the Athlete Management System (AMS)
- Technology management and troubleshooting

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of performance analysis software and systems
- Advanced Athlete Management System knowledge
- Ability to communicate analytical and statistical concepts in an easy-to-understand way, using strong data storytelling and visualisation
- Passion for sport and a keen interest in leveraging data to drive sports performance and decision making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
