A Day In the Life
Our Property Management Associates have the independence to manage their own week while providing support to their Senior Property Manager.
We are looking for a fun, hardworking and genuine individual to do the following:
Support the Senior Property Manager with a 350+ portfolio
Liaise with owners and tenants
Conduct ingoing, outgoing and periodic inspections
Organise repairs and maintenance work orders
Minimise and maintain rental arrears
