**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of events, from initial client consultation to post-event follow-up.
- Liaise with clients to understand their event objectives, requirements, and budgets, providing expert guidance and advice.
- Develop detailed event plans, including timelines, floor plans, staff schedules, and logistics.
- Coordinate with internal teams (catering, audiovisual, etc.) and external vendors to ensure all event elements are delivered on time and to specification.
- Manage event budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost control without compromising quality.
- Conduct site inspections and supervise event set-up and tear-down to ensure all client expectations are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring repeat business and positive referrals.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the planning or execution of events.
- Evaluate and report on the success of events, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas and solutions into event planning.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in event management, preferably within a venue or hospitality setting.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
