The Director, Quality and Safety is seeking Expressions of Interest from people interested in receiving professional development and the opportunity to acting in the position of Manager Contract & Performance. The successful individual will be trained in the role and then offered opportunities to act in the role when the current incumbent is on leave or if a specific need arises for assistance.
- Position Summary_

The Manager, Contract and Performance is responsible for assisting the Director, Quality and Safety in ensuring GEO Healthcare complies with legislative and contractual obligations.

The position is responsible for assisting in establishing mechanisms to monitor, report, evaluate and improve the organisation's performance using the State's Key Performance Measures (KPMs) and other metrics.

The position is responsible for the assisting in the coordination, compilation and provision of reports to the State in accordance with the service specifications and contractual requirements.
- Key activities_
- Provide advice and support to GEO Healthcare managers and staff in relation to contract and performance matters.
- Assist in analysing, monitoring, reporting, evaluating and improving the organisation's performance
- Assist in the implementation of systems to report, identify, investigate, and rectify clinical and corporate risks and ensure incident reporting complies with GEO Policy and the Justice Health Notifiable Incidents and Reporting Guidelines
- Engage in communication with relevant Justice Health and Corrections Victoria representatives, as appropriate, to ensure that effective channels of communication are developed and maintained; and be a point of contact to them on matters associated with reporting on contractual matters.
- Skills and or Knowledge_

Experience and/or demonstrated capacity to monitor the performance of an organisation against contractual requirements, including Key Performance Measures.
- Demonstrated experience with assisting in analysing and monitoring compliance with legislative and contractual obligations; and the development and compilation of contractually required reports.

Experience in using incident, complaint and risk management systems, including the analysing of data and development of reports.

Appropriate understanding and skills in the use of Microsoft Office.
