**QLM Elna Press** is Australia’s leading innovative and service driven label and flexible packaging manufacturer based at Moorabbin, Southeast Melbourne. We have the perfect opportunity for a customer service person to join our sales team, working with a dynamic and motivated team to build relationships with a wide number of customers and stakeholders.

**To succeed in this role you will need**:

- Strong customer service skills & attention to detail
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Be proactive and results driven with the ability to work independently
- A desire to learn and take on challenges
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure

In this energetic role you will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to build customer relationships and be able to multi-task. You will also need a passion in providing exceptional customer service.

**Reporting to the Team Leader your responsibilities will include**:

- Processing & updating customer orders, documentation and follow-ups
- Meeting KPI’s and providing a high level of work standards
- Updating client & order information in our MIS
- Liaising with our sales teams to maintain and grow sales
- Outbound calls to existing and prospective clients

**Excellent Working Conditions**:

- Sign on bonus
- Annual salary review
- Full time: 40 hour week
- Working Hours: 8.30am to 5:00pm - Monday to Friday
- Flexible work from home hours 2 days per week after probation period
