**Tell me about this role**:
We are currently looking for a security cleared (NV1 or higher) Facility Requirements Manager to join our team on a permanent. No two days are the same in this role which is essential to the success of the project. We are looking for multi-skilled, flexible, hardworking people who are keen to grow their career within a leading Defence supplier.

**What will I be doing day to day?**
- Coordinate the development and management of requirements for estate planning and infrastructure projects.
- Provide advice on requirements for estate planning and coordination for Defence (GWEO) facilities and services.
- Develop and contribute to strategies and solutions that achieve a more affordable and sustainable Defence (GWEO) estate that supports Defence capability.
- Liaise and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders on facility requirements for estate planning matters.
- Represent the Directorate and Branch at internal and Defence at external meetings.
- Assess current and emerging Defence (GWEO) estate related issues, and provide advice in accordance with Defence estate planning policy and objectives.
- Initiate planning concepts, formulate justifications and user requirements for the provision of Defence (GWEO) facilities and services.
**What sort of skills do I need?**
- Experience with Facilities management and planning
- Experience within a Defence environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Hold a minimum NV1 security clearance (must be an Australian citizen)
