**The Opportunity**
The Administration Officer will report directly to the Executive General Manager (EGM) of Commercial and Legal. Providing administration support to the Legal and Commercial Department, embodying essence of excellence and organisation.
This role will be based at our Head Office in Osborne Park.
**Key Responsibilities included**:
- Issuing contract templates, creating contract files and administration of the Contracts Register
- Preparation of contract award and execution forms and facilitating contract approval and execution.
- Administration and filing of contract documentation and records.
- Administration of subcontract securities, insurances and deeds of release.
- Supporting the preparation of contract variations.
- General administration support and assistance for the EGM Legal & Commercial, and undertaking other administration tasks as directed.
**What is required**
- Demonstrated experience in a contracts or similar administration role
- Commercial/legal environment or in a mining background would be desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisation skills, administration skills and work ethic.
- Good interpersonal skills.
