**About the role**
- Our team is growing rapidly around the world and we need the support of an experienced and adaptable EA to help with organisation for our Executive Leadership Team (ELT), as well as general internal communications across the business.

This is an opportunity for a highly competent EA to make an impact day-to-day by enabling our ELT operate as efficiently as possible whilst also playing a key role in business operations and growth.

**Key duties**:

- Support ELT members to manage their calendars relating to meetings, travel arrangements, and professional events.
- Manage travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries, ensuring that the relevant parties as well as key stakeholders are adequately informed of domestic and international travel.
- Work with the ELT and senior leaders to establish systems and processes supporting proactive internal communications, planning and execution
- Organise key stakeholder meetings including agenda setting, distribution, and presentation / board pack preparation
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintain files, records, and meeting correspondence.
- Attend meetings and take minutes, ensuring accurate transcription and timely dissemination.
- Organise company-wide meetings and events including venue hire, travel and accommodation booking, catering, key speaker organisation, set-up and pack down
- Assist the ELT and senior leaders to disseminate key messaging across departments to ensure smooth interdepartmental or stakeholder communication.
- Handle confidential information, maintaining the highest levels of discretion and integrity.

**About you**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an executive assistant in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a corporate, global structure.
- Experience working with a range of business sizes and hierarchical structures will highly regarded
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Proficient in productivity tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain upmost confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues.
- Professional demeanour, with the ability to represent the CEO and the organisation effectively.
